Then it handles the task on its own. Say a customer emails to move their booking to Friday: the agent checks that Friday is free and updates the booking itself. The customer gets a confirmation, and nobody on your team had to touch it. Anything unusual goes to a person instead. Because the agent runs on your own API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or other supported models), you pay the model provider directly for usage, with no per-seat fee from us on top. You decide what it's allowed to do on its own and what needs a person to sign off. It works inside the limits and budgets you set, and every action is logged. So a mistake stays contained and is easy to trace back.

Your data stays in your environment and isn't used to train third-party models. The agent only gets access to what its task needs, and it runs on the models and infrastructure you approve.

You own them, including the workflows and the integrations behind them. The agent is self-hosted and runs on your own API key, so if you ever walk away, everything goes with you.

Usually 4 to 8 weeks for the first one. It starts with a person approving what it does and gets more training and freedom as it proves itself. The second agent tends to come faster, because the connections to your systems already exist.

If the task follows the same steps every time, rule-based automation is cheaper and does the job well. Agents earn their place when the input is messy, like a customer email worded a dozen different ways, or an invoice that doesn't quite match its order. A rule breaks on those.
