Experience
  • 1-3 Years of Digital Marketing Experience: Proven success in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Tool Mastery: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Content Wizardry: Stellar written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling, engaging content.
  • Analytical Superpowers: A data-driven mindset with expertise in measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Multitasking Pro: Ability to juggle multiple projects while shining independently or in a team.
Responsibilities
  • Paid Media Strategy: Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies for paid channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Affiliates, and Ad Exchanges.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and optimize campaigns across Google Search, UAC (Universal App Campaigns), Display, YouTube, Shopping, and other platforms.
  • Marketplace Advertising: Manage ads on platforms such as Amazon and other eCommerce marketplaces.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Create and manage Facebook Ads, including Dynamic Ads, Prospecting, and Remarketing Ads using data analysis, A/B testing, and exploring new ad formats.
  • Creative Design: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines when designing content and creatives for campaigns, sales, and promotions.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze business metrics and performance data to enhance customer experience across various marketing channels. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate goals.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, and other marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to measure and track campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or as part of a team.
